Psychological Autonomy
Psychological autonomy enacts a self-reflective way of being, centering on the examination and reflective awareness of personal desires, wishes and intentions. The exploration of how one's mind, emotions, and behaviors have been influenced by their life experiences allows for the possibility of freedom of choice and agency.
